The dress is a very good representative of all the characteristics of fashion trends in the 1950s, when emphatic femininity was in fashion, with a markedly narrow waist and a broad, bell-shaped skirt that, in this dress, dropped in deep pleats to the ground. The dress was a gift of Marija Tuškan, Cincinnati, US.
