Φράγμα Καλοπαναγιώτη – Kalopanayiotis water dam

Στη φωτογραφία απεικονίζεται το φράγμα του Καλοπαναγιώτη. Η κατασκευή του υδατοφράκτη Καλοπαναγιώτη χρειάστηκε τρία χρόνια. Λειτούργησε το 1966, έχει χωρητικότητα 363 χιλιάδες κυβικά μέτρα και ύψος 40 μέτρα. Αρδεύει έκταση περίπου 500 σκαλών κατά μήκος, του ποταμού Σέτραχου, μέχρι τον υδατοφράκτη Λεύκας. It has a capacity of 363,000 cubic meters and a height of 40 meters. The water dam of Kalopanayiotis irrigates an area of about 500 stairs along the Setrachos river, until the Lefka water dam.
