Object description:

A Pathé Kok. Format: 28 mm. Lens: 4 cm in diameter. Lighting: 12V bulb. Black colour device in a wooden base. It includes a switch. Starting in 1912 Phaté sought to produce an amateur cinema camera that would be easily to use, not overly expensive, not dangerous for the user and able to project small commercial films in the intimacy of the home. They tried this without too much success with the Pathé Kók and later with the Pathéorama. Finally in Christmas of 1922 Pathé began to market a new cinema projector for a amateurs, known as the Pathé Baby.
